My church needs help with direction I guess. It's kinda bad saying that, but we have to find our direction and plan better.
We're needing to think through more indepth, participatory learning that naturally tends toward every-member functioning in the gatherings and in the world. The sit and listen model is too prominent.
We've cut roughly 33% from our budget for this coming year over last year. Painful cuts, since we're a small church and I'm the solo pastor.
