Check out Donor Tools!

www.donortools.com

It's a good solution for those churches who have just a hand full of members who would give online.

DonorTools looks like a great tool to manage donors - some really good features at a great price! But, if you need a more complete online giving solution you might want to check out my company, SimpleGive.
A majority of our clients are churches and we aim to provide the best online giving experience for churches and their members. Mention this posting and we will waive the first three months hosting fee ($19/month). Please e-mail me with any questions!

Along this line, I'm wondering if you can address the questions of how to use something like PayPal for a church to accept donations for a missionary in the church. Part of the problem comes in the fact that the church has to keep the name of the missionary confidential in all its transactions for tax purposes ("don't write the name on the check" etc.). Do you have any solutions for how to deal with this issue? If a donor sends a donation in an envelope specifying that it's for a specific individual, the church has a coding system so the donation just goes into the Missions account but only they know the coding system of which person it's for.

I will have to do some digging. To give you the best solution.

But off the top of my head you could us identification numbers for each missionary. They could have that on there letters etc.

Let me think though this and see what other solutions are out there.
