You can only use the music on this site IF it's for a ASCAP, BMI or SESAC licensed National US TV Broadcast.
They will track folks down who use the music and fine them pretty heavily.

Your church has licensing for national US TV broadcasting? Very impressive!
Freeplay specifically states that most religious and non-profit uses (this includes use in a church service) require a signed contract and paid fees.
I feel that it's important that we (as Christ followers) pay close attention to the legal issues surrounding what we use in our media. It's a matter of integrity. (Psalm 41:12 and others)
